Scheduling

Dr. Rodriguez, Dr. Matoska, Dr. Otomo-Corgel and Dr. Ahn are available Monday 9 – 6, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8 – 5, Friday 7 – 4 and Saturday 8 – 3. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. Please allow approximately 60 minutes for your initial visit. To save time we ask that you complete the patient registration form prior to your first visit (look under patient registration). Please bring a copy of your current insurance information and a validID for our records. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day, please let our staff know when scheduling your appointment..

We try to stay on schedule to minimize waiting at the time of your appointment. Referral of emergency patients can cause delays to the schedule, and your understanding and patience are very much appreciated.
